LAUNCH A FULL COLLECTION WITH ENPALETTE.

This service is for creators interested in launching their very own product line with enpalette. Your merchandise collection with enpalette is a close collaborative journey. We guide you through every step to develop something thoughtful, memorable, and uniquely yours.Each collection you launch with us is built around a visual identity and theme of your choosing, with room for up to 8 curated merchandise items designed to tell your story and connect with your audience.

SEASONAL CREATION

LAUNCH PRODUCTS IN OUR SEASONAL ANTHOLOGY.

At enpalette, we believe merchandise production should be accessible to a vast variety of creators. That's why we thoughtfully developed our Seasonal Creator package: a flexible and friendly way to start your merchandise journey.We work with our Seasonal Creators to produce merchandise in four scheduled intervals throughout the year. Using this scheduled production cycle, we’re able to showcase a wide variety of participating creators as part of a beautifully presented release while still offering an affordable way to bring their ideas to life.

We work very closely with our Collection Creators to develop their very own distinctive merchandise lines: curated product campaigns that reflect their identity and resonate with their audience.Focus on your creative work while we take care of the rest. As your very own merchandise specialists, the enpalette team is here to lead you through every step of the way to create special and high-quality products. We cover the full production pipeline for your Collection, from creative direction and product development, to advertising, manufacturing, fulfillment, and final delivery, overseeing every stage of the process to create more than just merchandise together with you.

02 DEVELOPMENT

We’ll prepare your designs for production and develop your drop collection’s visual direction.You may provide your own artwork and designs, or enpalette can help create production-ready assets behalf. As a complimentary service, we also offer access to our Artist Network— a list of artists with whom we collaborate well with, whose style, reliability, and work we trust— for sourcing additional illustrated assets and creative support.

03 BRANDING & STORE SETUP

We create an experience surrounding your collection, not just the products themselves.Your drop with us includes your own custom CREATOR VISUALS KIT, an exclusively-designed theme template created just for you. This kit includes store announcement graphics, social media promotional graphics, custom product listing graphic design, product photography brand collaterals, logos, icons, patterns, palettes, and more created just for you! It also includes your own custom drop webpage, designed and coded from scratch.You can also choose from our optional list of add-on Services. We offer additional branding materials, custom packaging, collection visuals, and digital experience marketing campaigns, and more.

04 SAMPLING

For some items, we recommend physical samples be created for review and approval before production begins. Samples are carefully reviewed by enpalette and the client to ensure quality and accuracy before moving into production.

05 LAUNCH DAY

YOUR COLLECTION IS READY TO BLOOM!

We support your launch through the sales period and coordinate the next steps in production. Once completed, your merchandise begins its journey from our hands to your community, ready to be cherished and enjoyed. We have three options available for you to choose from for your product launch.PREORDER DROPS — Products are manufactured after the sales period ends based on customer demand. For most creator merchandise launches, we recommend preorders as they reduce upfront costs, minimize excess inventory, and allow collections to be produced with greater confidence.IN-STOCK DROPS — Products are manufactured ahead of time and shipped after purchase.CROWDFUNDING — Your product(s) run for a sales campaign period. If a certain number of target orders are reached, the product is greenlit and begins production.

06 COMPLETION

Once orders have been fulfilled and shipping and production costs have been accounted for, a percentage of your sales is distributed to you. You receive 70% of your profits.

STARTING YOUR LAUNCH

Launch fees are not charged up-front, and can be taken out of your merchandise sales after the collection goes live.Our launch startup fee covers all creative assets required to bring your collection to life. Rather than charging the full cost of development right away, we invest our time and resources into your collection alongside you. Our goal is to help you launch a collection with the best possible chances for your success!

At enpalette, we believe the success of our creators and our studio go hand in hand.We gladly invest our hard work, good faith, and confidence in you and the brand you have already worked so hard to build. When your collection performs well, we succeed together. Every decision, from product development and presentation to launch strategy, is made with one goal in mind: giving your products the strongest opportunity to thrive.

FIRST-TIME LAUNCHES

Your first collection launch starts with a flat launch fee of $350, which covers the creative assets required to bring your collection to life. You are only charged this launch fee for your first collection with us.Launch fees are not charged up-front, and can be taken out of your merchandise sales after the collection goes live.

SUBSEQUENT LAUNCHES

Subsequent launches with enpalette have a flat launch fee of $120, which cover any brand-new assets, asset updates, programming, and creative work needed to re-theme your design assets to your new collection.Like before, this $120 payment is not charged up-front, and can be taken out of your merchandise sales after the collection goes live.

SEASONAL CREATORS

SOMETHING SPECIAL, ALL YOUR OWN.

At enpalette, we celebrate creators of all styles and sizes. Our goal is to bring opportunities for merchandise production to a vast variety of creators, regardless of their audience size or prior merchandising experience. That's why we thoughtfully developed our Seasonal Creator package: a flexible and friendly way to start your merchandise journey.To keep production costs accessible, manageable, and affordable while still giving each product the presentation and attention it deserves, we work with our Seasonal Creators to produce merchandise in four scheduled Seasonal Anthology intervals throughout the year. Products in each Anthology launch and enter production together. Using this scheduled production cycle, we’re able to showcase a wide variety of participating creators as part of a beautifully presented release while still offering an affordable way to bring their ideas to life.All our Seasonal Creators are invited to participate in each Anthology release. When you choose to join enpalette for an Anthology, you can develop a Seasonal Selection Set of up to three unique products with us for that quarter. You are welcome to join us for as many (or as few) Seasonal Anthologies as you would like, giving you the freedom to create merchandise at a pace that feels right for you and your audience.From design to doorstep, we can handle the details. Once your new merchandise is finalized, enpalette carefully manages the production, sale, logistics, and shipment of the items you create with us.Our Seasonal Creators can select from items listed within our Anthology Menu, a curated selection of product types to choose from for their Seasonal Selection Set. These product types have been handpicked by enpalette for our Seasonal Creators, and specifically selected for their low minimum order quantities and quick production times in order to offer a diverse variety of merchandise types while keeping production accessible and cost-effective to you.Our Seasonal Anthology offerings are always growing. We constantly strive to add new product types to our lineup, and are always exploring new ways to make something special for you.

01 REGISTER

We regularly send registration forms for our quarterly Anthology launches to our Seasonal Creators by email.
If you’d like to join an upcoming Anthology, please fill out that cycle’s registration form. You can launch up to three products with us per Anthology cycle, called a Seasonal Selection Set.We charge a flat launch fee of $30 per product in your Seasonal Selection Set to join an Anthology, which covers the creative assets, production work, and setup time required to bring your products to life.

02 DEVELOPMENT

We’ll prepare your designs for production and develop the visuals of your new products.You may provide your own artwork and design, or enpalette can help create production-ready assets on your behalf. As a complimentary service, we also offer access to our Artist Network— a list of artists with whom we collaborate well with, whose style, reliability, and work we trust— for sourcing additional illustrated assets and creative support.

03 STORE SETUP

If you are a first-time creator with enpalette, we set up your personal Creator Page on our site using artwork assets you provide. If you would like us to create a custom theme for your Creator Page, you can purchase a theme package upgrade. If add-on services are purchased, payment is sent and the design process begins.

04 SAMPLING

For some items types, you may choose for a physical sample to be created for review and approval before production begins. Samples are carefully reviewed by enpalette and the client to ensure quality and accuracy before moving into production.

05 LAUNCH DAY

  • To host your new bot, you can either:

  • Host the bot yourself: We can assist you in choosing a hosting service and initial setup of your bot. You are responsible for hosting costs for the third-party service. You may be required to maintain and update the bot if it experiences downtime or potential issues (with our assistance).

  • enpalette can host the bot for you: We maintain your bot for a recurring hosting fee, and can resolve downtime or potential issues on our end directly.

  • enpalette hosting fees start at $3 a month. This fee covers our own server costs and maintenance time. Unless your bot sees extremely heavy usage or is performing processor-intensive actions, you are unlikely to require higher than this basic server cost.

  • We do not offer hosting for bots we did not create.

3D PRINTING & MODELING

To best support our creators, enpalette is pleased to offer 3D printing and modeling services for your convenience.Given sufficient preparation time, we can design, produce, and ship custom 3D printed equipment and parts at your request. Our 3D equipment is particularly useful for producing booth display equipment used at conventions and in-person events. The customer is responsible for material and shipping costs.Please note that this service is for functional prints, and not for the production of resin figurines. We do not have the equipment to print or model scale figurines for sale or personal use in-house, and customers interested in producing scale figurines should inquire about the creation of figurines as produced merchandise instead.

3D MODELING

Custom 3D modeling fees vary depending on the complexity of the project and the time required to complete your request.You are welcome to 3D print the files we create for you yourself, or to print them with a third party service other than enpalette if you would like, but you may not resell the 3D files or physical 3D prints of the files we create for you.

3D PRINTING

  • 3D PRINTING SERVICE
    $5 SETUP COST, ADDITIONAL $5 PER HOUR OF PRINT TIME

Our base setup cost per project is $5, plus an additional $5/per hour of printing time.After receiving your chosen files, we can calculate the printing time and required materials for you before your project begins. You may provide us your own 3D files, use files you have purchased or obtained elsewhere, or request to use files we already have available at no additional charge.

3D MATERIALS

  • We have the following 3D material readily available: White (Matte PLA, PETG), Black (Matte PLA, PETG), Tan (Matte PLA), Light Grey (Matte PLA, PETG), Magnets of various sizes.

  • For these readily available materials, you are only charged for the exact amount of material used for your print, based on the price we paid for the filament. Our standard filament usually costs around $16 per 1kg.

  • If you require other colors or materials, you will be responsible for purchasing the required filament or printing material. We can assist with selecting an appropriate material if needed, and with placing a material order. Any unused material purchased specifically for your project can be sent back to you along with your completed items.

  • If any material is unopened and eligible for return, we are happy to assist with processing a return. Otherwise, unwanted and unreturned leftover material is considered forfeit, as we cannot guarantee storage space to retain your leftover materials will be available after the project is complete.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Though it is uncommon, 3D prints can occasionally fail due to factors such as material behavior, printing errors, or unexpected issues. We do not count any failed prints towards your billed printing hours, but in the case of a failed print, you may need to purchase additional filament when required as failed prints still use material. For time-sensitive projects, we may recommend purchasing extra filament. As a courtesy, we also do our best to provide extra / duplicate prints of items that seem breakable, but please note that we ultimately cannot be responsible for 3D printed parts that break under heavy use, or that fail due to poor file design or structural integrity.

  • If we find there are errors with your file at the time of print or that we are unable to reliably produce your project to an acceptable standard, we may decline the project. Errors can occur if files are improperly prepared, excessively complex for our equipment, or otherwise unsuitable for our printing capabilities. We do our best to predict any issues with your file before printing begins. In the case of these printing issues, you will not be billed any printing hours or setup cost, but we will be unable to refund any used filament if production has already started. Thank you for your understanding.

  • We perform basic post-processing on all 3D prints with a deburring tool to remove any major imperfections and excess material. Your 3D printed item will not be sanded or otherwise smoothed by default, so you may see layer lines, surface imperfections, and minor variations on your final print. If you would like to decrease visible layer lines, we recommend selecting a matte material for your print. Alternatively, you are welcome to sand or further finish the print yourself after receiving it.

  • For creators familiar with 3D printing that would like technical details: Our printer is a Bambu Lab P2S. We can print on a textured PEI or smooth build plate up to 256MM x 256MM in either PLA or PETG. We have an AMS available. For other materials or printing specifications, please inquire.
